Apple Cider Gravy

This is incredibly simple using the wonder of no gluten to insure smooth gravy. It can be made without meat juices for your Vegan friends
Ingredients
- 1 cup Apple Cider- use the best you can find
- 1 tablespoon sweet rice flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or meat juices left from cooking a pork chop
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
- Make sure your pan is hot.
- Add the oil or use the chop pan.
- Stir together the apple cider and flour
- Pour into the pan.
- stir up the meat bits from the bottom of the pan
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Serve with Stovetop Pork Chop and Apple, Onion and Sauerkraut saute

Glad you love the recipe. Just want to make sure you realize, it calls for Apple Cider juice not the vinegar.
