Pie Camp

Cheddar Cheese Apple Pie with Thyme- Gluten-Free

Pie Camp is coming!  Pie Camp is coming!

I was supposed to let you all know about it yesterday so you could be first in line to sign up.

But I just discovered that both of my twin daughters monologues were chosen to be in the annual monologue project at Western Washington University. Proud writing Mom moment.

And that means the Momma taxi was running overtime to get them to rehearsals, find costumes and enjoying their excitement about participating in real, live performances.

On top of a clinic schedule of folks working to use up the last of their medical benefits for the year.

So my excitement about Pie Camp needed to be held in check for a few moments, but no longer.
