This I believe
That the food we eat is the primary Medicine we need.
That if we all ate the quality of food our ancestors ate, but produced under our current food handling guidelines, we would be healthier.
Our children are being used as test subjects for genetic modifications of foods, endocrine disruption from pesticides and plasticizers without adequate studies.
